Refund policy

If Sayburst isn't right for you, we'll refund your purchase in full within 14 days of buying it. No questions asked.

How

Reply to your license email or write to support@sayburst.com from the address you used at checkout. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 days to show it.

What happens to the license

A refunded license is deactivated. Sayburst stops taking new dictations at its next license check, and we email you a confirmation. Your history, notes and exports remain on your Mac.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something went wrong — for example, Sayburst doesn't work on your Mac. We handle these case by case and refund where it's fair.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; it's faster for you. A disputed purchase pauses its license until the dispute is resolved.
